NATHALIE BRAULT

PRESIDENT, CPA, CMA, CIRP, LIT

Nathalie Brault has a degree in Business Administration, Specialization in Finance. She also earned a second bachelor's degree in accounting management. 

​

Since 1995, she is a member of the Canadian and Quebec associations of professionals in insolvency and reorganization. She obtained her trustee license in 1997. She was chair of the board of Trustees of the Province of Quebec and served on the board of directors of the Canadian association.

​

In 2010, she founded her own company after having spent more than 20 years with large accounting firms, where she was responsible for restructuring and financial insolvency mandates for all types of industries.  Her rich and varied experience contributes greatly to her current mandates.

​

Nathalie is there to support you throughout your process. Attentive to your concerns, she will determine the best solution available to you.  Her human and dedicated approach will inspire confidence in your process.

MYLÈNE BAYARD

CONSULTANT IN INSOLVENCY
AND BANKRUPTCY ADMINISTRATOR

Mylène has completed an office management technique and a certificate in insolvency consultant and personal bankruptcy administrator. She has also worked as a coordinator for members and candidates for the executive and national programs for the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) order. This experience allowed her to guide and assist candidates in their path while remaining attentive to their needs.

With more than 10 years of insolvency experience, Mylène administers bankruptcy and proposal files. By analyzing the financial situation as a whole, she gives you all the possibilities available to you. Your evaluation will be done with complete confidentiality and respect.

Mylène has a joy of life more than contagious, as evidenced by her lively presence and her very audible laughter. She is attentive and shows kindness. Through her dedication, she will find a solution to your financial problems.

JUDITH FAUCHON

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Judith has a Bachelor Degree in History and has secretarial training. She has been active in the field of insolvency for over twenty years.

​

ResponsIble for general office administration and file management, she is your first point of contact with our office. From assistance in file preparation, confirmation of certain assets through communication with creditors, organizing of meetings, coordinating schedules to reply to various requests for information, she ensures the smooth running of activities with the greatest rigor possible.

​

Able to establish good relationships with customers owing to her empathic nature and listening skills, Judith has a great sense of organization and method, essential qualities when one has to meet legal deadlines.

SYLVIE DROUIN

CONTROLLER

After obtaining her Diploma in legal studies, Sylvie followed accounting courses at the college level. As for her insolvency training, she received it working with trustees and senior administrators.

​

Sylvie supports the accounting department by performing bank reconciliations of trust accounts and closing files. She produces personal income tax returns and manages assessment notices. She is in charge of updating the business registers and also coordinates the entire process of wage protection legislation.

 

Her rigor, dynamism, impetuosity, generosity and honesty make Sylvie a person you can trust. Her playful spirit and joy of living is a breath of fresh air for the team.

SANDRINE TOUCHETTE

CONSULTANT IN INSOLVENCY

Sandrine is a university student, certified professional accounting profile. She completed her certificate to become an insolvency consultant. She also helps the team with accounting and cheque issuance.

​

She is organized and methodical in her work. She's teasing and loves to laugh.

MAUDE PRESSEAULT

ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Maude joined the team a year ago. She provides additional assistance to file closure departments and tax filings during busy periods.  She is responsible for ensuring continuity of service during the holiday period.

​

Concerned about human rights and the environment, Maude is a political science student.
